X2D Scout is a SaaS platform that helps teams deliver AI cognitive services through a visual interface and instant integrations. Users can upload audio, video, documents, or CSV files and connect via APIs/webhooks to run transcription and AI-powered analysis workflows.

3. Account Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., Azure AI services for transcription and analysis).

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any content, including any necessary consents from individuals whose voices or data appear in your files.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded content), is owned by X2D Tecnologia and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. Payment and Credits

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when processing files. Credit pricing and packages are available on our website and may change with notice.

Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

AI-generated analysis results are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered definitive. Human review of important decisions is recommended.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, X2D TECNOLOGIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason with notice. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
